Mobile App for Quick Mapping on the Go
The mobile version is compatible with MindMapper 16, 17, and 21.
Yes, you can edit the map using MindMapper 21, 17, or 16. However, you must save the map in the Google Drive from your mobile device so that the PC edition of MindMapper can edit it.
Also, the default cloud storage for the mobile and the PC is Google Drive.
Unfortunately, the MindMapper mobile edition can either save the map to its local device or to Google Drive at this time.
Also, please note that Dropbox option has been removed.
The MindMapper mobile app cannot fully replicate the PC version due to the inherently different makeup of the mobile environment. However, it does allow you to create, edit, and view simple maps. We created the mobile app as an extension of the PC version that could be used for quick view and edits.
No, you do not have to purchase the PC version of MindMapper. Our mobile apps can fully function as standalone apps.
The PC version is for users who want to create more robust and rich visual maps.
